Stay Away from this company
I have spoken to Shannon Kidson, Mpho Sedima, Ray Rogers and Stiaan Swan. I warned you and said, " I will give you one more chance" and guess what, once again you did not deliver. I am now taking this further. I want to cancel my insurance with this ********** company that is quick to take your money but does nothing as promised to do. Can even provide you with a document of what you provide........
You promised the finance manager will call me to explain the once-off payment to me... Never did. You promised to provide me with the document advising of what all is covered under the value-added services... Never did. You promised to get someone to call me to arrange to come and renew my license... Never did.
DO NOT CALL ME and try to make empty promises AGAIN. CANCEL this insurance and refund me everything you have debited from my account.
