Rogues

This company are rogues , they will debit your account and not pay the insurance the insurance will eventually be canceled, I spoke to an agent on the 29 june 2024 by the name of Andrey he didn't say anything to me about an activation fee for the debit order , only 01st of July they debited me for the activation when I called in I spoke to Christopher Dames who said it's a once off and won't go off monthly. Yesterday they debited again for an activation when I called today they denied it and said my insurance is canceled due to non payment they took the money but never pay the actual insurance company
