Refund request

I spoke to Molemo Nkuna regarding a refund of an activation amount debited from my account an amount of R850 were else i cancelled the policy wothin 3days of activation due to that i ddnt get the vehicle i was covering and now 2weeks bcj when i spoke to him he mentioned he can see were the issue was when cancellation was done and He will request for a refund , until today when i called in doing a follow He is saying he cant pick up anything was fone on his side i will have to speak to activations for assistance and i advised him i wont do that its either he escalate it to get ressolved on my behalf as he last promised it will be done and i have been sending him emails from the email he gave to me but He isnt responding to them till now. What a pathetic service and He is such a **** to promise that he will assist and afterwards he want to start shifting the blame.
