Refund on no Service Rendered
An agent (Judith) was due to call me back on Thursday regarding a deduction from my account for a service which they have not rendered, amount of R 600.00 for a service fee,
Still waiting on their feedback on this,
Customer Service is not the best in the business, hence the reason I am with my own insurance,
