R1200 for a phone call from BSure Insurance. ****************!

What justifies R1200 initiation fee? Is BSure's phone calls made from Buckingham palace of Queen Elizabeth in London? Why is it such an exorbitant amount just for a few minutes phone call? What exactly am I being charged for here? R1200 for an unsolicited phone call from BSure Insurance Advisors & a further R348 initiation fee from MiWay insurance. This is **************** I don't care how your PR people attempt to justify this. I was under the impression that R1200 was my insurance fee & an additional R150 would be charged as initiation fee. I really should pen an email to the insurance ombudsman & query why a phone call is R1200 in a 3rd world country. Now I don't have money for groceries thanks to this R1200 phone call.
