Poor service!
If I could give them a negative 1 as a rating I would. No one has responded to my email for a week, yet they have "implemented longer hours to service clients". They debited my account not once but twice 5 days after I cancelled my contract with their organisation. I had to call them today, only to be told that I should wait for a call from the consultant who assisted me with the cancelation.
