Poor real estate agency

Be Sure Properties who also bought over Hall Realty has found me a tenant for my property in Edenvale. They got me a tenant who is a priest. But in the end after the contract is signed and they get their finders fee, I find out the priest is a nigerian. Then I find out he is not even staying there. I then find out he built walls and all kinds of alterations inside and now is subletting the house inside to different people...and is making almost 100% profit *******ly.

So far Hall Realty or Be Sure Properties has been mum on the subject and has not been providing the original tenant contact details, ID, vetting information or anything.

I would not recommend this company for an letting ,rentals or management of properties.
