Poor information captured leads to overcharge

Hi we recently purchased a vehicle and Bsure brokers facilitated the process with an insurer. We first were given a quote with King price and due to complications and risk we were informed that they would not cover.

Bsure then then managed to get a quote with Miway and all seemed to be fine. The staff were helpful and courteous on the line.

We then received a number of follow up calls after we had completed the process to basically do over the process, seemingly due to incorrect information or insufficient information captured. All seemed to be resolved after a number of phone calls.

I'm taken aback today when Bsure has deducted R1100 for activation which is not the amount mentioned in the communication with them.

I have tried the *** but it does not go through.

Miway has debited for covering us but Bsure has taken more than the amount the actual insurance has deducted. This is not as per agreement.
