Phonecall threats because of unauthorised & reversed debit order

This company debited my account with R1200 on the 31st of May 2021 and I reversed it as I did not authorise it. I did not take the insurance the quoted me on for King Price hence King price never processed an insurance debit order. Since then I have been received phonecalls from them saying they want to put through a debit. Everytime I tell them that, they say they will investigate then another call from a different person.

The lady who called me today was so sure. She threatened me that they will debit my account each day until I settle my account. This company is a pure ****
