Peace of mind? Not so much...

<br> I got an insurance quote last week on a car which I was due to purchase. The deal went south and I didn't purchase it any longer. I called your Bsure on Friday, advising what has happened and that I need the insurance cancelled because I haven't used it yet and have no intention to do so. Even if I had used it, because we weren't sure when I would be in possession of the car, we agreed that the admin fee and first payment would go off on my account at the end of April.<br> <br> On the 2nd of April, lo and behold, an amount of approximately R900 goes off my account for Anderson Insurance - one of Bsure's insurance providers. I immediately called their office to advise them of what has happened. <br> <br> The person assisting me, then assured me that one of Bsure's trusted consultants would contact me before COB on that day. That was 2 days ago. I am still waiting. Today again I called and nobody was able to assist me, the entire company was on lunch, according to their receptionist. I am very concerned. Has this insurance now been cancelled or am I to expect a deduction at the end of the month for insurance on a car I don't own? When will I be refunded for the admin fee?
