Once again Bsure did not disappoint! Yesterday Claiirese phoned me with feedback on my claim and today Romanika kept me up to date. Both were most helpful and friendly and cute and pleasant to talk to - what a pleasure! It is reassuring to know that my claim is attended to by these two excellent employees. I think it has to be the example of the more senior people at Bsure that inspires and results in excellence in all employees at Bsure. Well done!
