Not good service

It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with these people. I have been trying to cancel my insurance policy with Budget Insurance and they are making it extremely hard to just get that done. I have called multiple times and each person tells me they are putting a cancellation through. When the premium went off I called again to follow up on cancelation and get a refund (weeks later) now i need to provide confirmation of cover with new insurance first before anything can be done. I am beyond frustrated and cannot believe this is so hard just to cancel a policy. They just want their commission at the end of the day. Spam calls to get jou to get insurance through them and then when you want something its like talking to a brick wall.
