No such thing as having a broker.

I am so disappointed. Last week I called four times to cancel my policy and my broker is Helen and she did not call me back after countless consultants told me they notified her to. When I finally got a hold of her, the line cut because I ran out of airtime and she still did not call back. I even sent an email to *** and still no assistance. I’m glad the company has a recorded line system because I now had to reverse the premium and ruin my insurance profile just because these brokers did not want to help. This has ruined my idea of what a broker is if they can’t help you after numerous times of pleading. Why does a client have to come all the way to Hello Peter just to get basic service. At claim stage please be ready to provide me with my calls to your company so I can prove I tried cancelling, because I don’t think it’s fair that you guys are going to ruin my insurance profile and make it look like it was missed premiums when it was in fact your incompetence.
