I’ve been trying to cancel my car insurance with this broker for almost a month now.They keep on saying they’ll call me back the person who’s supposed to help me she’s still busy( She goes by the name Mimosa if not mistaken) but she has never called me back ever since.And the debit order keeps coming through my account.I am really disappointed by their service and I want out,nothing to do with this insurance advicer.As soon as you take a deal with them that’s the only thing that matters because after that they don’t care.
