Monthly premium Bsure / Miway

We are so not happy with Bsure insurance because if our monthly premium , we have called several times but to no avail. I have contacted MiWay and they told me only Bsure can help me and they gave me their contacts but still no help at . I’m not happy with my advisor Rivo MiWay coz she said we must call her at 12 but she rejected my calls after that , we were told that our monthly premium will be decrease but we couldn’t get any help from them
