Insurane is more often than not deemed a grudge purchase and we all have horror stories iro claims etc. That was my view but I have to say my dealings with Tishen have made it an almost pleasant experience. This young man never makes one feel like an inconvenience. He gets back to one within the time frame promised. He never leaves one wondering about the status of any reuest/requirement in question at any given time and the conversation is only over once you the client is satisfied not when he feels he has explained enough. Thanks Tishen for changing my perception of your industry.
