Lebo was great, she explained everything to me in a way that i would understand, not those insurance terms, she explained everything in simple English n gave me an example of what she was talking about. I even referred a friend to her. When she was unsure of whatever questions i posed to her, she would call someone superior to explain it to me instead of pretending she knows the answer, for me that was great because she did not want to give me false information 🙏🙏 Thank you Lebohang
