Kirsten was very helpful and very polite. it's not often I answer these insurance calls but dealing with Kirsten seemed effortless. unfortunately due to a recent claim from my current insurance. it affected my premium as well as my excess which unfortunately is a bit more than what I can afford right now. will definitely refer my friends and family to deal with Kirsten Directly.
