I'm relatively new to BSure, so I was quite surprised by how seamless the processes have been. I received excellent service from both Quinton and Cheslene Otto. Cheslene is responsive on email and never hesitates to pick up the phone to help me with a query telephonically or to call back and answer any questions I may have. Thank you!
