I would like to write a review about Bsure Insurance Advisors I don't recommend you use them

I would like to write a review about Bsure Insurance Advisors I don't recommend you use them. I was taking out a policy and asked for it to be paused as I was having issues getting the said car from the dealership. They still went ahead and I got charged R1 200 from them and then another R600 from the insurance company. I've been asking them to cancel the policy because I DON'T HAVE the said car in question but they've been giving me the run around. At this point its basically *****. The people are friendly but once you want help in canceling there are no answers or feedback. They don't even respond to emails anymore. Be careful
