I want my Money

I Called them on Monday and Told them that I did not collect the car at the Dealership and they promised to refund my money. They told me to call the dealer for proof I did that and provided the proof to show that I did not collect the car and their Employee By the Surname of Vilakazi promise to give me feedback about my refund before he knocks of I had to call him after two days of no feedback or any form of communication. And up to Today I haven't got my refund . If you are reading this please stay away from This so called Bsure Insurance please.
