I Spoke with Lauren Phillis, very lovely lady. Loved her attitude and approach over the phone, made me feel comfortable to express my needs in terms of my car insurance. Always called on time when i advised i will be most available to call and gave me more than enough explanation on how things will work and next steps. She deffs deserves a increase in salary for sure!!!
