I Spoke to Michael hope on the 19/11/2024 regarding a policy review

I Spoke to Michael hope on the 19/11/2024 regarding a policy review. He assured me that the is a discount of R500 on my policy that he is applying. I never received any documents and the increase was app**** of over a thousand rand when i followed up he never came back and I was told he is forever busy, i was assisted by Bongani today but not with the initial discount i was promised last month. I'm very unhappy with the brokerage hence I requested it be removed from my policy!
