I have received not any satisfactory answers to my questions and receiving excuses and blaming gobid for not advising that the vehicle has been recieved, no communication via email stating progress not even stating that the vehicle has been collect, nor received nor the status of the claim put through. Constantly having to follow up. After receiving an email asking me to send a repair quote, even though they have the vehicle for the past 3 days, And me having to call in order to follow up . Only sort of answers received was from the agent Natalie that I spoke to after having to call to follow up.. after 3 days after the Vehicle was collected..
