I have been with them for about 2 years now and their customer service never ceases to amaze me. Not only did they assist me in finding a good insurance for a lower premium but they are considerate of my pocket. So this is what happened today. My insurance indicated that they will be increasing my premium (which happens annually), it was just too high, So I called BSure Africa Insurance Brokers to come to my rescue. I was assisted by a lady by the name of Michaela, very sweet and has good listening skills. I explained to her that I needed a requote but I'd still love to remain with the same insurance. In less than 2 minutes, I got a new premium which is even lower than what I was paying at first, but with the same benefits. In less than 4 minutes, I had received my new policy documents. I am a happy client.
