I had to submit a claim via BSURE and got told my excess was HIGH

I had to submit a claim via BSURE and got told my excess was HIGH. I kept on phonimg and asking for feedback all the time and after a month of fighting i spoke to a manager i asked him to reduce the excess and he said no. I said cant u phone the insurance and ask them if it can be done to make it affordable his reply was IKNOW them they WONT do it again i said please call them and ask he got ****y and rep**** fine i eill do that and call you back in 10 mins .. FYI IAM STILL WAITING FOR THAT 10 MINS TO PASS. I cancelled with bsure and my insurance PAID OUT WITH A REDUCED EXCESS. DO NOT USE BSURE
