I had a long battle with Auto & General that took almost 3 months before it could be resolved. Molemo Nkuna from Bsure was my broker and he literally fought that battle for me. In that three months period Auto & General rejected my claim twice and once they approved it, they gave a ridiculous settlement. Molemo was making every follow up call on my behalf, taking them on and making sure they treat me fairly. Having a broker on my side was the only was I could finally get the Best outcome for my claim. Molemo Nkuna was very dependable until the day my claim was finalised. I give him 5 stars for answering my calls and returning every phone call that he could have missed. He was my trusted advisor and I would recommend him anytime.
