I dealt with a consultant called Carin Moodley this morning. She was polite, patient and helpful. I kept asking questions. She was able to answer me. Where she didn't have an immediate answer, she asked for an opportunity to consult her supervisor and she would come back to me. In the end, I think she got me a competitive premium deal. Thanks Carin
