Horrible service from broker
I have never experienced such unprofessional service from an insurance company. Bsure does not get back to their customers, Miway advised me that my broker would get back to me and that has yet to happen. When I do speak to someone, they laughed while I was trying to explain my concerns. Completely disrespectful and dismissive!
To make things worse, they act as if they have no idea about the payments being deducted from my account, despite the clear evidence I provided. It’s either complete incompetence or blatant dishonesty. I feel like I’ve been ****med.
Avoid Bsure at all costs. They are quick to take your money but vanish when it’s time to offer help or accountability.
