Got through to a lady called Natalie Steyn
Got through to a lady called Natalie Steyn. She was very helpful with my case. Made sure I got all the answers I needed regarding my claim with my car insurance. Her communication was clear, helpful and polite. After I spoke to my insurance, she made a follow up call to check if I had been assisted with my queries.
