Exploiting customers

I was looking for a car insurance and was referred to B Sure.

A young gentleman called and assisted me. I eventually chose King Price insurance. The debit order went off on 29th Jan 2021, a little bit more than the monthly fee, because of the administration fee. Which was fine.

But then they deducted a R1200 from my bank account.... I was never told that their fee was this much. I insist on being reimbursed immediately.

Poor customer service...
