Endless Runaround, No Refund After Weeks of Waiting!

I’ve been waiting for my refund since December 26th of last year, and the service has been absolutely awful! They’re nearly impossible to reach by phone, and when you finally get through, the call center agents are completely clueless. All they do is pass you from one department to another with zero resolution!
