Double debited

I took an agreement with them back in September 2019 and was debited a once off fee of R1250. And now today, the same amount was debited again from my account. This is totally unacceptable. We have other financial obligations and what happened to me is just ridiculous. I request a refund as soon as possible. I have to go register for my course before end of today, and that money is for my education.
