Double debit by B insure and King Price for insurance that was cancelled

I was linked to B sure Africa by the dealer I took delivery on a new vehicle with on 01/05/2021. The insurance quotes I received were high with ridiculous lot exorbitant excess fees. I subsequently called King Price on Monday 03/05/2021 to cancel my insurance as I had received a better quote elsewhere and was told to contact B sure Africa as they were the brokers that handled the account. I called them and requested that the insurance be cancelled. However to my dismay I was debited R1793.28 from both King price and B sure yet I do not have cover with either one!!!!!!! So I was debited a total R3586.56!! This is **************** especially since I cancelled everything on Monday and I was told that it was cancelled! I also requested documentation stating confirmation of cancellation and I still have not receive it!!!
