Don't use BSure.

Really didn't have a pleasant experience with these people. They're too desperate for business and it's showing in how they operate.

So they gave me a quote with King Price and I made it very clear that I am not accepting the quote as I'll look for better ones. I got a better one before my new car got delivered, then immediately emailed Bsure to cancel the quote they made. A day later I got confirmation that the quote was canceled. A few days later I got a call from bsure again, different agent, saying my quote is still active and I need to let them know when I'd like to receive the policy cover certificate to get my car. This is now the second time I had to ask to cancel the quote because clearly the first person didn't cancel it as she'd claimed ON EMAIL.

After my car was delivered, using the insurance company I got, Bsure went to pull money from my account referenced as activation fee. I called to enquire about this and they said on their side it is showing as if I released my car with their quote from king price. Not once have I asked for a cover certificate from them so I don't know how they got confirmation that I got my car using their king price offer. I asked for the money to be reversed and they asked that I provide them with proof that I didn't use their king price quote. Already this is frustrating because why am I having to work to correct their incompetence? But anyway, I did get proof from the dealership and emailed it to them and they responded by saying they accept the letter and want me to go to the bank to ask for the money to reversed. They further said their king price quote was still showing as active for my account hence they credited my account. On top of that, I'm still wondering how they even knew when my car got delivered.

I have a problem with having to go through the bank troubles to get money that they basically stole from my account.

I've had such a horrible experience with them and would never recommend to anyone. And update, I still haven't received my refund from Bsure.

If any dealership recommends you get quotes from BSure, I'd suggest you decline that offer and get quotes yourself.
