Disgusted pathetic service with BSure insurance brokers

This company are total *******s they charge you a once off fee of R650 even though thereafter you decide to cancel the insurance and opt for a cheaper insurance I was informed by Wasim who is employed by B Sure that the once off fee once debited will not be refunded back to account holder I will suggest to any persons hoping to deal with this above company kindly refrain from doing so as there only quick to authorize a mandated Debi check on your bank account and although you decide to cancel and contact them they allow the debit order to proceed and go off. And you waste another call only to be told that refund cannot be done
