Debiting money without my approval
These people debited my money without my approval, after I cancelled the insurance, because I no longer took the vehicle, they're telling me about activation fee? For what exactly? I thought was resolved, but they're still harrassing me... This has gone too far now...

25 Aug 2021, 21:14I am definitely reporting this to ombudsman, I called two consecutive days, asking for this issue to be resolved, and you haven't got back to me, yet you have the audacity to debit from my account... It's time I take legal action against you...!!!

We put on our best inspector coat to look into this, however we haven’t been able to get a hold of you because your number goes to voicemail and your email also doesn’t seem to be functional.
