I took out insurance through this company as broker. I cancelled way before the cooling off period. I was told my Ode Kruger and my service advisor as well as the cancellation agent that I won’t be liable for any fee or broker fee since I cancelled . I went through some sales agent who tried to tell me I m not entitled to my money that was ********ly taken. Worst part it’s my child school fees money. I have want my refund and I will report this to FSP or ombudsman. I want that refund today. The whole world will know you *****ing money
