Cancelled Policy Effective Immediately

I cancelled my policy effective IMMEDIATELY with Anderson Insurance Underwriters via the Broker, B Sure Africa. <br> <br> All I was told to do was send an email to the agent I dealt with on the phone from B Sure Africa. I did this within 5 minutes of ending the call. No reply was received from the email. <br> <br> This morning, the debit order still comes off my account for the insurance that I had cancelled. Ridiculous. I was warned by a friend that I should put a stop order on it, but I did not want to risk a mark against my name re my credit rating. <br> <br> I would appreciate it if my premium would be reversed and paid back into my account as I am NO LONGER INSURED with Anderson!!!
