BSure is a ****!

If you are reading this do not I repeat, do not get insurance from these people. I have begged them consecutively for 3 days now to stop the debut to my account and called letting them know I do not give them permission to debit my account for the consultation fee of R1200 and I have heard contradicting stories from all parties I have spoken about regarding this matter. The first person a woman named Mpho **** to me stating she would stop the debit and send me an email confirmation as well as proof by way of screenshot showing she stopped the payment but she was lying because wheni spoke to the other 2 individuals I spoke to they let me know they could do nothing without authorisation and reply from their finance department. I swear this is a ****. These people are not interested in helping but actually want to rob you of your money without remorse. I have resorted to transferring my funds to another address and will continue to spam with calls requesting the same request I have been for the past three days. These people know nothing of customer service and are not willing to help fix their errors. DO NOT ASK THEM TO HELO YOU WITH ANYTHING REGARDING FINDING OR CONSULTING FOR ANY INSURANCE. IT IS NOT WORTH IT.
