Bsure adding unauthorized policies and deductions

Following a previous bad write up about this company, I was contacted by them where I advised them that i did not want any part of their services. What do they do ?. They deducted an extra R200 from my account which they did not advise me off. Now they send me a notice saying i have another policy that they arranged and I must make sure the premiums are met however the attachment they send through cannot even be opened as it picks up as unsafe. What the hell is wrong with these people ?. Do we not just pay them however much they want to deduct on a monthly basis and can never get rid of them ?
