Best Customer Service Ever Received

I've dealt with a broker, Brandon Rossouw, previously regarding temporary changes required to my cover. During our first conversation, he's ability to listen and understand my problem was excellent. He's pace and tone made it easy and pleasant to speak to him purely based on he's listening skills and effective probing to determine the best solution for me as the customer. He's business process knowledge and recommendations on the best steps forward being beneficial for me as the client, are undoubted through he's confidence in answering every question I had. My first query with him a few weeks ago ended with a promise on he’s end and provided me with he’s direct contact in case there were issues – He delivered as promised. My urge to publish this review is the result of our most recent encounter, I had not been able to answer multiple calls from agents calling directly from the insurance provider because in most cases I end up being transferred to different departments, having to basically explain the same thing to every agent. I then get a call from B-Sure Africa, Brandon Rossouw on the line – The last broker I dealt with, the broker that delivered as promised. The broker that knew me not as client, but an individual that just needs advice, recommendation, and guidance on the best option for me. I have experience working and training in call centres for years, this was probably the most pleasant customer service I have ever received telephonically. He remembered me, trust was already there, he knew what was best for me and made it happen. I have not received calls from the insurance provider since my conversation with him and delivered as promised once again. This type of customer service and superb etiquette demonstrated by Brandon Rossouw from B-Sure Africa Insurance Brokers deserves recognition. I’ve been a client of B-Sure Africa for over 5 years already and they have really done a great job at ensuring I have the best insurance tailored for my needs.
