B-SURE properties DON'T FOOL YOUR CUSTOMERS!

I had a really bad experience with B-SURE properties during the past 2 weeks, I don't know if this is the way how the company treated their customers or I just met a base person, I feel like the agent is playing around different buyers and treat you like a stupid person. I viewed a property in Edenglen with B-SURE properties and the agent recommended me a construction company to quote the renovation charges as the house is quite old and proper works needs to be done. I supposed to receive the renovation quotation by a Monday then I know how much I can offer, however the agent from B-SURE properties requested the construction company to send him the quotation first then he can quote me, I only received the renovation quotation on Thursday which is 3 days after the agreed date. Then just before I sign the offer, the agent told me that they received a super low offer from another buyer and submitted to the owner, the owner is going to reject and give a counted offer. I still go with my original offer which is 2.15 million, then the agent told me the super low offer he mentioned is 2.175 million, in other words the agent is asking me to increase my original offer, considering we are really interested in this house we increased our offer to 2.2 million. The agent said he will get back to me after the weekend, then on the next Monday I was told the property was sold to the other buyer he mentioned and the final agreed price is 2.225. I don't understand when the other buyer's offer changed from 2.175 to 2.225. I don't mind that I lose the house as I believe buying a house is like looking for a partner, if it is yours then it's always yours. The point that made me feeling sick is that the agent is playing between different buyers to get the offer higher and nothing coming from his mouth is a truth. I don't want to mention the agent name but they are a young couple that worked for B-SURE properties. Never try to be presumptuous as it can only make you ugly in others eyes.
