B-sure properties agent Dumsane Magagula lacks integrity

I had planned on getting a home for my kids last year and a colleague referred me to one of your Agents Mr Dumsane Magagula in Bedford ... He asked for all my personal documents and ran a pre-qualification for me,after that he took me to a few properties around the Kensington area but I did not like the area.... I then decided to look around the east rand and found something I liked... He told me I needed to pay a R10 000.00 upfront fee for the lawyers... I did make that payment and I have proof. Mr Magagula has been playing hide and sick since August last year till this day I do not have a home for my kids... I would like a full refund as I don't want any business with B-sure anymore... He is no longer accessible on his phone and email address and it's only later (now that he is no where to be found) that I realized that I actually sent the money into his personal account.
