B-Sure - not so sure

I recently joined B-sure as they gave the best tele skills on the phone Their clients then took the pro-rata fee off my account twice and its now a month and I am still waiting on the refund and all they can say is they are working on this... I need to call them on a regular to find out what is going on and still the same answer, we are working on this.

If you need to wait for your refund, imagine waiting on a claim - they will keep saying they are busy with it.
