Agents debit people 's monenies without agreement

This Agent just deducted money from my account, l reversed the money they contacted me to ask why have l reversed the money. l asked them who were they they told me they helped me to find an insurance called King price. l told them first l never asked anyone to help me because l work with internet everyday l google and do things on my own they told me they were reffered l dont know by who, l aslo asked did l sign anything as an agreement they said no but you agreed over the phone. they promised to call me and connect me with them so l can listen to the voice recorder. they never did so but they continued to deduct R300 every month because they wanted R800 in cash l said l cant afford they came up with an arrangementof taking R300 in the first 2 month and to take R200 last month which was suppossed to be Last year November. They already deducted R300 in October and November then December they deducted R300 again now no longer R200 as they said. then l reversed my money even this month they have already deducted l will reverse it again on Saturday but l am tired of people who just decide to take my money without my signatures. they must pay all my money back
