Worst service received from BSG Auto Glass

A zero star rating would be appropriate here... I purchased a windscreen from their Johannesburg branch for my classic car after I emailed them the car specs and a photo. The sales rep confirmed that they have the correct glass in stock. I received the wrong screen. Only after making some noise they agreed to reimburse me for the screen but not for the courier cost which was a hefty R2000 bill. They then bluntly denied to take any responsibility by saying they delivered the correct screen. Absolutely shocking service to say the least
