Worst customer service from BSG glass

Absolutely ridiculous! Booked a mobile windscreen fittment online. On friday, no one came, I contacted the customer service and was promised that they will dispatch on Saturday . On Saturday they come with the wrong windscreen and reschedule for monday, no one pitches on Monday and only on Tuesday after expressing my dissatisfaction do they come. After completing the replacement the mobile guys demanded money for the windscreen and an additional amount for "rubber" that had already been paid for online. I refused and asked them to leave and if they have a problem they can have their consultant call me as suddently they do not answer their phones. I will not be recommending these ******** to anyone and if you are unfortunate to use this company make sure you keep ur invoice as well as pay no extra amount to anyone on site
