******* service to replace windscreen on my Discovery

Made an appointment. Arive at meadowdale branch for Tuesday. Parking outside in the sun with 2 kids in the car because it would take maximum 1hour. Waited 2 and a half hours because they keep on pushing their same colour people in. I'm told to wait when i confronted. Supervisor sits inside on a chair and never came out once. Becaose cars are done outside in the open. The premises are horrible dirty. Nothing to drink from them. No offers. The only good thing about them is the price. Arrive home at 5 o'clock, only to find the windscreen is leaking on the corner top side badly. Had to drive like that till next week Monday as i was on a business trip to Mpumalanga. I also had to be bothered because they never put my license disc back on, they did deliver it to my house the next day thou after a phone call. Then i found that they have broken the license holder in half when they took it off. I'll never do business with them again. Their premises in Dunswart were very neat and clean and good service. This is absolute *******. They say they hire people of the street and cannot instruct them.
