Poor service

I was at the branch in Meadowdale, not the friendliest bunch of people. When I was informed that there is a 4 hour waiting period due to a 1st come 1 serve basis, I requested an appointment, this was dismissed straight-out. Upon returned the following day, waiting from 07h15 at the in order to be first in line, I finally left the premises at 09h00. Keep in mind that the order was arranged and all admin done on my initial visit. When I told the installation crew that I can't believe its taking this long, I was advised to bring KFC with the next time and the service will be much better....
